Andre Van Der Heyde

With 25+ years of senior leadership experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, Andre partners with executive teams and sales leaders to drive sales transformation and deliver high-impact executive coaching.

He has held senior roles—General Manager, Director, Country Manager—with global companies including Atlas Copco, United Technologies Corporation, and Howden, spanning industries such as oil & gas, mining, construction, utilities, and manufacturing.

His focus: leading strategic transformation in complex environments marked by low profitability, stagnant growth, and post-merger integration.

Over the past 4+ years, Andre has specialised in Sales & Leadership Training, with a focus on Account Management, Dealer Development, and the Psychology of Selling—proving that strong sales leadership transcends industry boundaries.

Dave Stanley

Dave Stanley is a transformative educator, coach, and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience helping sales professionals thrive in complex B2B environments. His career spans education, technology consulting, software sales, and corporate enablement, blending strategic insight, storytelling, and emotional intelligence.

Dave spent four years in software sales and service, working across CRM, call centre enablement, document management, and data backup. He also brings deep expertise in sales management and team building, having led high-performing teams and coached frontline managers to foster cultures of accountability and growth.

Specialising in embedding proven sales methodologies into existing playbooks, Dave equips teams to lead confident, consultative conversations that resonate with senior decision-makers. His calm presence and curiosity-led coaching consistently drive measurable gains in deal size, sales velocity, and client retention.
